Arobella Medical Visited By Health & Medical Professionals From Iraq

Minneapolis, Minn.(October 19, 2011) - Arobella Medical, LLC was visited by a contingent of nine Iraqi health and medical professionals to learn about the Qoustic Wound Therapy System® (QWTS), Arobella Medical, and its future products. Clinical results and study findings for the QWTS were presented. The response of the physicians, three of whom are also professors in the College of Medicine, showed great interest in this advanced wound therapy for their current patients as well as learning of its suitability for sores, lesions, and other tissue injuries.

The group, including dermatologists, radiologists and a PhD level physcial therapist, toured the state-of-the-art facility where the QWTS is manufactured, certified, and shipped to customers worldwide. Finally, there were discussions of opportunities for bringing the QWTS to treat patients in Iraq. As this meeting drew to a close, their earnest attention and positive impressions of the product, the company, and the staff behind it was evident. The rapport amongst all generated genuine sadness at their departure, and the hope of returning again soon.

Dr. Eliaz Babaev summarized it best, “I am very proud of our product...and our team. We worked diligently to ensure our visitors would feel welcomed, and we hoped that we had answered all of their questions to their satisfaction. We mutually seemed to feel the positive expectation that their visit bodes well for building a positive relationship together for our respective countries as well as the opportunity to meet the wound therapy needs of their patients and others in the region.”
