Manufacturer Representative - Sales

Arobella Medical leads the way in the design, manufacture and distribution of state-of-the-art medical ultrasound devices and is looking for highly-motivated, customer-oriented independent Manufacturer Representatives throughout the United States and the rest of the world as we continue to expand. Detailed training is provided on wound standard-of-care, ultrasound wound therapy, and our products. On-going education is gained both through field experience and periodic updates in clinical as well as sales and marketing initiatives. Sales performance is measured regularly with target areas for expansion, in-service, and/or improvement.

Our goal is to find focused, intelligent self-starters who demonstrate professionalism coupled with enthusiasm, persistence, and results-driven. You will be working with our support team, as well as doctors, nurses, and physical therapists that are some of the key opinion leaders in the field. You will be training in hospitals and outpatient clinics to ensure proper use of our products resulting in optimum outcomes.

Qualifications:

  1. Extensive wound care experience, especially in:
    • Pressure Ulcers
    • Venous Insufficiency Ulcers
    • Diabetic Foot Ulcers
    • Arterial Wounds
    • Compromised Surgical Wounds
    • Burns
    • Osteomyelitis
    • Fistulas
    • Infected, Eczematous, Ulcerated or Devitalized Skin
  2. Five (5) or more years in medical sales (preferrably on capital equipment sales)
  3. Efficient time management
  4. Well organized
  5. Ability to lead the sales cycle through the facility

Accountant II

This position is responsible for maintaining all financial related functions of the company. This position includes compliance with payroll tax reporting, human resource related matters, accounts payable, accounts receivable (including invoicing), and assisting with the annual certified audit. When required, the position also includes financial planning and advising with reports and recommendations, as well as additional duties. The candidate should be able to mentor/train and/or supervise any persons assigned to the finance functions as the department and/or responsibilities expand.

Responsibilities

  • To see that all areas of the Company involving financial matters are functioning properly.
  • To advise the CEO on all financial matters as well as assist the CEO in making major financial decisions.
  • To make decisions regarding financial matters where the CEO delegates authority in those areas.
  • To assist with the conduct of a certified audit and requests made by the certified auditors.
  • Oversee and be responsible for timely filing, reporting and payments regarding payroll and payroll related taxes, as well as inter-state sales tax.

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge)

  • Required
    • CPA with a minimum of 5 years accounting experience
    • Prefer medical device experience with regulated environment.
    • Strong understanding of all accounting functions, as well as experience with payroll, payroll taxes, accounts payable, accounts receivable (including invoicing), and inter-state sales tax functions.
    • Previous experience with the conduct of a certified audit and requests made by the certified auditors.
    • Previous experience with Intuit QuickBooks as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Desired
    • Previous experience with human resource related matters.
    • Previous experience with Filemaker Pro database software.

Electrical Engineer II

This position is responsible for the design and drafting of electrical parts, component selection, assemblies, subsystems, and systems for use in electro-mechanical devices. The candidate should be familiar with part design and manufacture including schematics, analog circuit operation, digital circuit operation, and board layout parasitic impacts. The candidate should be able to mentor/train and/or supervise other engineers, designers, and technicians. Preference for those with experience in development of medical devices in compliance with U.S. FDA medical device regulations, International Standards Organization (ISO) quality, other voluntary standards, and company / departmental procedures. The candidate should also be familiar with document control, change order process, CAPA process, process documentation, and verification & validation procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Electrical design & layout using Altium, Cadence, Orcad, or similar software.
  • Assemble and test parts, components, assemblies, subsystems, and systems for use in electro-mechanical devices
  • Use calipers, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, electrometer, multi-meter, and other measurement/test equipment, as necessary.
  • Diagnose cause of malfunction or failure of operational assemblies, subsystems, and systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance.
  • Read drawings and schematics, and interpret/determine circuit performance charateristics.
  • Interpret datasheets and understand key circuit performance charateristics.
  • Define, draft, and execute test plans, protocols, and procedures.
  • Comply with quality system and document management requirements & procedures.
  • Work with the project team and cross-functional team as required.

    • Knowledge of safety, electric circuit theory, process control, measurement instrumentation, and CAE design & layout experience (Altium, Cadence, Orcad, or equivalent).
    • Must have experience in fabrication, assembly, and/or integration of systems within a specific project.

Mechanical Engineer I

The candidate should be familiar with part design and manufacture including molding, machining, forming, and other fabrication and/or finish processes. Preference for those with experience in development of medical devices in compliance with U.S. FDA medical device regulations, International Standards Organization (ISO) quality, other voluntary standards, and company / departmental procedures. The candidate should also be familiar with document control, change order process, CAPA process, process documentation, and verification & validation procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Mechanical design & layout using 3D solid modeling with Pro/E Wildfire, SolidWorks, or similar software.
  • Assemble and test parts, components, assemblies, subsystems, and systems for use in electro-mechanical medical devices.
  • Use calipers, pin gauges, multi-meter, and other measurement/test equipment, as necessary.
  • Diagnose cause of malfunction or failure of operational assemblies, subsystems, and systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance.
  • Read drawings and layouts, and interpret/determine dimensional & geometric tolerancing.
  • Define, draft, and execute test plans, protocols, and procedures.
